Wilburn Studios Shipping Policy

Wilburn Studios offers a combination of digital products and physical products across the Sadie & Otis, Unbothered, and Wilburn Studios collections.

Some titles and resources may be available in more than one format. For example, a Sadie & Otis activity book may be offered as a printable digital download, a physical printed book, or both.

Please review the product title, description, and format selection carefully before purchasing. Each product page will identify whether the item is:

• A digital download.
• A physical product that will be shipped.
• A bundle containing physical products.
• A bundle containing digital products.
• A combination of physical and digital products.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping and no physical item will be mailed.

After payment is successfully completed, customers will receive access to the purchased file through the download method described at checkout or in the order-confirmation email.

Digital products may include:

• Printable activity books and guides.
• Digital storybooks.
• Coloring pages and coloring books.
• Journal pages and workbooks.
• Educational resources.
• Other downloadable files.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout and for confirming that their device and software can open the file format listed in the product description.

If a digital-download email does not arrive, please check your spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders before contacting us.

Physical Products

Physical books, printed activity books, journals, bundles, merchandise, and other tangible products require shipping.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated or displayed at checkout based on the products ordered, destination, fulfillment method, and available carrier services.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order before shipment. Transit time begins after the carrier receives the package.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages when products are printed, stored, or fulfilled from different locations. When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Digital products included in a mixed physical-and-digital order may be delivered electronically before the physical portion of the order arrives.
