Welcome to Sadie & Otis, a Wilburn Studios brand. By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of all Sadie & Otis products, including:

  • Digital downloads (activity books, printables, journals)
  • Physical products (if applicable)
  • Content, characters, and materials created by Wilburn Studios

By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Digital Product Use

All Sadie & Otis activity books and downloadable products are provided as instant digital downloads.

By purchasing, you understand and agree:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for digital products
  • Files are delivered “as is”

  • Stories (such as Adoption Day, The Rainy Day, and Otis’s Big Adventure)
  • Illustrations, designs, and layouts

are the exclusive property of Wilburn Studios and are protected by copyright laws.

For example, the original storytelling and character development found throughout Sadie & Otis stories are part of our protected creative work.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce or distribute materials for profit
  • Claim Sadie & Otis content as your own
  • Use our products in any unlawful or unauthorized way

6. Limitation of Liability

Sadie & Otis and Wilburn Studios are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages from use of our products
  • Printing errors, device compatibility issues, or user misuse

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Account & Purchase Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate purchase information
  • Safeguarding your downloaded files

We are not responsible for lost or deleted files after delivery.
